Shentong Metro Group introduced that from the first train on June 1, 2022, all 20 lines of Shanghai Rail Transit Network (except 7 stations) will resume basic operation. According to the plan, from June 1, the first and last train times of all lines in the Shanghai Rail Transit Network will be restored to normal levels. It should be reminded that in the initial stage of the restoration of basic operation of the entire network, the minimum driving interval of trains on each line is about 5 to 10 minutes, which is longer than before, and the operating routes have also been adjusted. At the same time, capacity will be increased in time according to changes in passenger flow.

At the same time, starting from June 1, Xujing East Station, Hongqiao Railway Station, Hongqiao Terminal 2 Station on Line 2, Huaqiao Station, Guangming Road Station, Zhaofeng Road Station, and Shanghai Racecourse Station on Line 11 will still be suspended. In addition, the entire network will not resume weekend extended operations for the time being. The original scheduled overtime train at Hongqiao Railway Station on Line 2 has been temporarily cancelled. The scheduled overtime train departing from Hongqiao Railway Station after the last train of Line 10 will operate according to the normal schedule.
