The installation position of guide rail must meet the requirements of civil construction layout.

2 The distance deviation between the top surface of two rows of guide rail shall be: cage guide 0 ~ +2mm; The guide rail is 0 ~ +3mm.

The installation of guide rail bracket on the well wall should be fixed and reliable. The embedded parts shall conform to the requirements of the civil layout plan. Anchor bolts (such as expansion bolts, etc.) shall be fixed on the concrete members of the well wall, their connection strength and vibration bearing capacity shall meet the requirements of elevator product design, and the compression strength of concrete members shall meet the requirements of civil construction layout.

4 The deviation of each rail working face (including side and top face) from the installation datum line every 5m shall not be greater than the following values:

4.1 The cage guide rail and the counterweight (balanced weight) guide rail equipped with safety clamp are 0.6mm;

4.2 The counterweight (balance weight) guide rail without safety pliers shall be 1.0mm.

5. There shall be no continuous gap between the cage guide rail and the counterweight (balanced weight) guide rail with safety pliers at the working face connection, and the step at the guide rail connection shall not be greater than 0.05mm. In case of excess trim, the trim length shall be greater than 150mm.

6. The gap at the guide joint without safety pliers (balance weight) shall not be greater than 1.0mm, and the step at the guide working face joint shall not be greater than 0.15mm.
